Shipping policy
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. We do not currently deliver to U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, P.O. Boxes, or other international destinations. If you reside outside our standard shipping zones, please contact our support team to inquire about potential custom shipping options.
Order Processing Time
All beauty products, cosmetics palettes, and skincare orders are inspected, packed, and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. and Canadian public holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CT on Friday, or over weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.
Transit Time
Once dispatched, standard shipping within the contiguous United States typically takes 3-6 business days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada may require additional transit time depending on regional postal routing. Please note that estimated delivery times do not include the 1-2 business day processing window.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States and Canada. There are no minimum purchase requirements, hidden handling fees, or weight surcharges added at checkout.
Carriers & Protective Packaging
We partner with trusted shipping carriers—including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL—to ensure fast and safe delivery. Because cosmetics, powder palettes, and liquid skincare serums require protection against crushing and temperature changes, all items are cushioned, sealed, and packed securely in rigid outer boxes to ensure they arrive undamaged and ready to use.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a direct tracking number and link to monitor your delivery status in real time.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is delayed significantly beyond the estimated delivery window, or if your shipment arrives with broken compacts, cracked bottles, or leaking liquids, please contact info@beautyofjosaon.shop immediately. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and arrange a replacement shipment or refund promptly.
Incorrect Address Input
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. discountedbeauty is not responsible for non-delivery or carrier delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you discover an address error, email info@beautyofjosaon.shop immediately. If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we will update the address. Once shipped, packages cannot be rerouted.
