30-Day Return Window
We stand behind the quality, authenticity, and effectiveness of our beauty and skincare collection. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for your purchase.
Return Eligibility & Health & Safety Requirements
Due to strict health, personal hygiene, and sanitary regulations regarding cosmetics and skincare items:
• Makeup products, skincare bottles, lipsticks, mascaras, and creams MUST remain unopened, unused, un-swatched, and in their original factory packaging with cellophane shrink-wrap or tamper-evident seals fully intact. Opened, tested, swatched, or partially used cosmetics cannot be returned or refunded for health and hygiene safety reasons.
• Beauty tools and non-liquid accessories must be completely unused, unwashed, and returned in their original undamaged packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all return requests.
• Manufacturing defects, broken pump dispensers upon arrival, or incorrect items shipped are eligible for a 100% full refund or free replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened, unsealed, swatched, or used cosmetics, skincare, and beauty formulas (for sanitary reasons).
• Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.
Free Returns & No Restocking Fees
We offer free returns on all eligible unopened items. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, and zero restocking fees will be deducted from your approved refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email info@beautyofjosaon.shop with your original order number, reason for return, and photos showing the intact factory seal of the beauty product.
2. Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid printable return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
3. Pack the unopened item securely in its original packaging along with all included accessories.
4. Affix the prepaid label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Houston facility to confirm safety seal compliance, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your banking institution to post the credit to your account.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to select a different shade, formula type, or product size, please return your unopened original item for a full refund and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Leaking Products Upon Delivery
If your order arrives shattered, crushed, or leaking during transport, please contact info@beautyofjosaon.shop within 7 days of receipt with photos demonstrating the issue. We will issue a full refund or ship a replacement unit immediately at no extra cost.
